7Ensure that each processor is properly installed.

8Replace the cooling shroud.

9Reinstall the sled into the enclosure.

10Turn on the sled and attached peripherals.

11If the problem persists, turn off the sled and attached peripherals.

12Remove the sled from the enclosure.

13Remove the cooling shroud.

14Remove processor 2.

15Replace the cooling shroud.

16Reinstall the sled into the enclosure.

17Turn on the sled and attached peripherals.

If the problem persists, the processor is faulty. See "Getting Help" on page 289.

18Turn off the sled and attached peripherals.

19Remove the sled from the enclosure.

20Remove the cooling shroud.

21Replace processor 1 with processor 2.

22Repeat step 12 through step 19.

If you have tested both the processors and the problem persists, the system board is faulty. See "Getting Help" on page 289.
