Disable Network Protocols (Optional).

1Press [On Line] to take the printer offline.

2Press [Menu] repeatedly until MIO MENU appears.

3Press [Item]. CFG NETWORK=NO * appears.

4Press [+]. CFG NETWORK=YES * appears.

5Press [Select]. CFG NETWORK YES * appears.

6Press [Item] to scroll through each network protocol. NOVELL=ON * appears.

To Disable Novell NetWare:

1Press [+] to change to NOVELL=OFF.

2Press [Select] to save the new status. NOVELL=OFF * appears.

3Press [Item] to continue configuring. DLC/LLC=ON * appears.

To Disable DLC/LLC:

1Press [+] to change to DLC/LLC.

2Press [Select] to save the new status. DLC/LLC * appears.

3Press [Item] to continue configuring. TCP/IP=ON * appears.

To Disable TCP/IP:

1Press [+] to change to TCP/IP=OFF.

2Press [Select] to save the new status. TCP/IP=OFF * appears.

3Press [Item] to continue configuring. ATALK=ON * appears.

To Disable Apple EtherTalk and LocalTalk:

1Press [+] to change to ATALK=OFF.

2Press [Select] to save the new status. ATALK=OFF * appears.

3Press [Item] to continue configuring.
