Interpreting Diagnostic Fault Codes

3122 A14/A15: HV AC 1kHz, Preamp (Lo)

The instrument is configured to the ac 1100V range with on amplitude of 220V at 1 kHz. The output of the DC HV AMPLIFIER/AC SENSE BUFFER circuit of the High Voltage/High Current assembly is measured for 0.0V ±0.2V. This voltage is divided to create HV MUX2 which is routed to Diagnostic circuit on the High Voltage Control assembly where it is connected to the SDL line for measurement by the adc circuit on the DAC assembly.

3123 A14/A15: HV AC 1kHz, Preamp (Mid)

The instrument is configured to the ac 1100V range with on amplitude of 600V at 1 kHz. The output of the DC HV AMPLIFIER/AC SENSE BUFFER circuit of the High Voltage/High Current assembly is measured for 0.0V ±0.2V. This voltage is divided to create HV MUX2 which is routed to Diagnostic circuit on the High Voltage Control assembly where it is connected to the SDL line for measurement by the adc circuit on the DAC assembly.

The instrument is configured to the ac 1100V range with on amplitude of 1100V at 1 kHz. The output of the DC HV AMPLIFIER/AC SENSE BUFFER circuit of the High Voltage/High Current assembly is measured for 0.0V ±0.2V. This voltage is divided to create HV MUX2 which is routed to Diagnostic circuit on the High Voltage Control assembly where it is connected to the SDL line for measurement by the adc circuit on the DAC assembly.
