Description	Example statistic
smalls hi-watermark	The highest number of packet allocation with size less than 128 bytes from the
	packet buffer pool by the TCP/IP protocol stack.
failures	Total number of packet allocation failures from the packet buffer pool by the TCP/IP
	protocol stack.
