Appendix C. Windows NT Server 4.0 Service Packs
It is advisable to install the latest service pack available from Microsoft, as this will contain the most recent bug fixes for the product.

At the time of publication, service pack 2 was available for download from this FTP site. Service packs are cumulative, that is, they contain the fixes of all previous service packs. Therefore, if you are installing service pack 2, you do not have to install service pack 1 first.
The README file associated with each service pack list what fixes are included.
The updated symbols for the service packs are also available at the FTP site.
Note: Ensure you obtain the symbols and service packs for the Intel platform.
The FTP site contains code for MIPS, Alpha and PowerPC hardware as well.
