•If the connection is not complete, please use the player search function on the SuperSign server.

Checking the Network Connection
You can check the network connection status.

On the computer where the SuperSign Manager is installed, go to Control Panel > Network
Connections.
•The Local Area Connection Properties window appears.
Select the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) and click the [Properties] button.
•The Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) Properties window appears. Check the default gateway and subnet mask settings.
