8.6Transmitting to Multiple Recipients (Broadcast Transmission)

The same document can be sent to multiple recipients at one time.

A maximum of 300 recipients can be specified for the same transmission. However, if recipients are specified using 10-key Dialing screen, only a maximum of 12 can be specified.

Specifying using the one-touch keys

For details, refer to “Selecting a Recipient From the List on the One-Touch Screen” on page 4-5.

1Position the document(s).

2Press the [Fax/Scan] key.

❍ For a copier, press the [Scan] key.

3From the list of one-touch keys, select all recipients where the data is to be sent.

4Press the [Start] key.

Specifying using 10-key Dialing screen

1Position the document(s).

2Press the [Fax/Scan] key.

❍ For a copier, press the [Scan] key.

3Touch [Com. Mode], and then touch [InternetFAX], then [E-mail].

4Type in the e-mail address of the recipient on the 10-key Dialing screen.

5Touch [Add Dest.].

6Type in the e-mail address of the next recipient.

7Repeat steps 5 through 7 until all e-mail addresses are specified.

8Press the [Start] key.
