Settings that can be registered

The following transmission functions and settings can be registered together with the recipient information.

The image quality, contrast and reduction settings in addition to settings for the “priority transmission”, “timer transmission”, “TSI”, “destination insertion”, “transmission report”, “2in1 transmission”, “2-sided transmission”, “rotation transmission” and “TX marker (optional)”, “subjcet”, “reply”, and “file name” functions can be registered with the fax program.

With an Internet fax feature, the “Real-Time”, “Password TX” and “Remote Copy” functions cannot be used. Even if settings are specified, they will not be applied.

With Internet faxing, polling reception or batch transmission cannot be used.

Since Internet faxing can operate with telephone fax functions in a completely different environment, there are particular limitations. Refer to “Precautions” on page 1-2.
