Indicates public documents saved in the Document

 

Management.

 

Saved documents can be printed, forwarded or deleted.

Tip

If the recipient has a machine that is compatible with the full mode for Internet faxing, the transmission results can be viewed in the MDN or the DSN. In order to use the full mode functions, certain software settings must first be specified.

If an error e-mail message is received

If an error e-mail message is not received as an MDN or a DSN, the operations specified by the settings for the received document are performed, just as with a regular received document.

Refer to “Specifying the procedure for received documents (“Doc. Manage.” function)” on page 13-33.

The format of the error e-mail message differs depending on the mail server.
