14.6Checking Secured Information for Each Account (Account List (Security))

A list containing the secured information for each account, such as the e- mail address or the POP3 user name, can be checked.

Precautions

The account list (security) can be outputted only if you have logged in with the administrator access code.

Outputting an account list (security)

1Touch [Admin. 1], and then touch [Rep. Print].

❍Refer to “Displaying the Administrator Management screen” on page 13-11.

2Touch [Account List (Security)].

3Touch [Enter].

The account list (security) is outputted.

Tip

Even if [Enter] is not touched, the report is automatically outputted.
