Selecting the Display Language

If necessary, the language in which PageScope Light pages are displayed can be changed. This setting only applies to PageScope Light pages.

1Log into PageScope Light in Administrator mode.

2Click [Preference] in the menu on the [System] tab.

3Select the desired language for PageScope Light.

4Click the [Apply] button.

3.2.4Using the Domain Name Buttons

If domain names (characters after @ at the end of the e-mail address, such as “@xyz.com”) are registered in the domain name buttons, recipient e-mail addresses can quickly and correctly be specified.

Programming a domain name button

1Press the [Utility] key on the copier control panel.

2Touch [User Set].

3Touch [Fax Input].

❍ For a copier, touch [E-mail Input].
