Printer Administration Window
The Printer Administration window is the main program window for NEC 1765 Administration software. It displays a list of the printers currently connected to the network. The list includes the following printer information.
Printer Name: The factory default printer name is “NP_” followed by six digits.
IP Address: The LAN card’s IP address set in the Silentwriter. The default IP address is 11.22.33.44
Printer Status: Displays the current status of the printers. See Appendix A, “Printer Messages,” for a list of printer status messages.
Use the Preference menu option on the Option menu to select these additional values.
MAC Address: The LAN card’s personal network address.
Hardware Type: The LAN card’s hardware type.
Firmware Version: The LAN card’s firmware version.
