4.5.2 RMON History

The RMON History contains information about samples of data taken from ports. For example, the samples may include interface definitions or polling periods.

The RMON History Control screen is divided into RMON History and Log Table.

Log Table includes the following parts (see figure 4-17)

The page contains the following fields:

„RMON History

• Source Interface

Displays the interface from which the history samples were taken. The possible

 

field values are:

 

Port, specifies the port from which the RMON information was taken.

 

LAG, specifies the port from which the RMON information was taken.

• Sampling Interval

Indicates (in seconds) the time that samplings are taken from the ports. The field

 

range is 1-3600.

 

The default is 1800 seconds (equal to 30 minutes)

•Sampling Requested

•Current Number of Samples

Displays the number of samples to be saved. The field range is 1-65535. The default value is 50

Displays the current number of samples taken. View History button. This button opens the RMON History screen
