Picking up Messages Stored Elsewhere (Polling Reception)
Use this feature when you wish to poll a message from another terminal. You can
poll documents from many terminals with only one operation (use Groups to make
the most out of this feature).
You have three options: Free Polling, Secured Pollin g and St ore d ID Ove rride , as
described for Polling Transmission (see page 77).
The maximum number of terminals that you can poll in one operation is 10 for
Type I Models and 1 for Type II Mod els .

Procedure

1. Press the Function key and 1,1 using
the ten keypad, then press the Yes key.
2. Dial the number(s) and press the Yes
key.
3. Press the Start key.

Stored ID Override Option

This procedure overrides the ID Code that is stored in your machine. The override
is effective for this operation only.
