Setting Up an Application Server

If you want to set up a Java application server, see the JBoss administration guide. It tells you how to develop and deploy servlets, enterprise beans, and enterprise applications and how to configure and administer a Java application server.

Use Server Admin to administer JBoss and Tomcat.

To turn on JBoss if it’s not running:

1Open Server Admin.

2In the list beneath the server of interest, click Application Server.

3Click Start Service.
