4 Press the Server to Search drop-down list ➞ select the desired server to search.

5 Specify the search criteria.

NOTE

•For instructions on entering characters, see Chapter 2, "Basic Operations," in the Reference Guide.

•If you want to search for a destination that is registered with an e-mail address and a fax number, you can search for the e-mail address by entering the fax number as the search criterion.

●To use Simple Search:

❑ Press [Name], [E-mail], or [Fax] ➞ enter the name, e-mail address, or fax number for which to search ➞ press [OK].

You can enter up to 128 characters for the name, e-mail address, or fax number.

You can also use - (numeric keys) to enter numbers, and (Clear) to clear your entries.
