Access Number Management

You can set up a private address book using an access number. This feature enables you to restrict other users from viewing and utilizing these special addresses.

NOTE

The default setting is 'Off'.

1 Press (Additional Functions) ➞ [System Settings] ➞

[Manage/Access to Address Book].

If necessary, see the screen shot in step 1 of "Address Book Password," on p. 10-22.

If the System Manager ID and System Password have been set, enter the System

Manager ID and System Password using - (numeric keys) ➞ press (ID).

NOTE

If the desired setting is not displayed, press [▼] or [▲] to scroll to the desired setting.

2 Press [Access Number Management].
