●If the message <Enter the Department ID and Password using the
numeric keys.> appears:
❑Press [Dept. ID] ➞ enter the Department ID using - (numeric keys).
❑Press [Password] ➞ enter the password using - (numeric keys).
❑Press (ID).
The Basic Features screen is displayed.
