Documents cannot be received in the Confidential Fax Inboxes.

QAre the forwarding conditions in Forwarding Settings in System Settings (from the Additional Functions screen) set correctly?

ACheck the Forwarding Conditions and inform the sender of those settings. (See "Forwarding Settings," on p. 10-26.)

Q Are the Forwarding Settings set to 'On' using [Validate/Invalidate]?
