Storing Received I-Fax Documents in Memory

You can set the machine to store received I-fax documents in memory without printing them. This is referred to as I-fax Memory Lock. You can later check the received documents in the Memory RX Inbox, and print or send them.

NOTE

The default setting is 'Off'.

1 Press (Additional Functions) [System Settings]

[Communications Settings].

If necessary, see the screen shots in steps 1 and 2 of "E-Mail/I-Fax Settings," on p. 10-4.

If the System Manager ID and System Password have been set, enter the System

Manager ID and System Password using - (numeric keys) press (ID).

NOTE

If the desired setting is not displayed, press [] or [] to scroll to the desired setting.

2 Press [Memory RX Inbox Settings] [Use I-Fax Memory

Lock].
