The user can select the file format only in the case of sending e-mail or to a file server.

This part of the procedure is not necessary if either of the following is true:

-An I-fax address is specified as the forwarding destination

-A User Inbox or Confidential Fax Inbox is specified as the forwarding destination

-A fax number is specified as the forwarding destination (if the optional Super G3 FAX Board is installed)
