The user can select the ﬁle format only in the case of sending e-mail or to a ﬁle

- An I-fax address is speciﬁed as the forwarding destination

- A User Inbox or Conﬁdential Fax Inbox is speciﬁed as the forwarding

destination

- A fax number is speciﬁed as the forwarding destination (if the optional Super

G3 FAX Board is installed)
