7.8User Accounts

The User Accounts screen is displayed when the User Accounts icon is clicked.

Manage the information of the login user on this screen.

To save the settings and exit the User Accounts screen, click [Close].

7.8.1 Registering users

Up to 20 users can be registered.

1	Display the Create a new account screen.
	Display the Create a new account screen.
	Click [Create...].

	Item	Operation


	User ID	Input no more than 16 characters for the user ID.
	User ID	No distinction is made between upper case and lower case for the
		letters input for the user ID. Blank spaces cannot be used.

	Password	Input no more than 16 characters for the password.

	Password(confirm)	Input no more than 16 characters for the password (confirm).

		Input the name using not more than 63 characters.
	User Name	The equal sign (=) and backslash (\) cannot be input.
	User Name	Characters other than the preset specific character set (see page 76)

		cannot be input.

	Privilege	Select Administrator or General.
