Recording Your Station Name (Voice Title)

Record or change your name as it will be heard by callers when they dial your extension. If you do not record your own voice title, the system may play a default recording (contact your System Administrator for more information about any default recordings).

1.Lift the handset.

2.Press TRANS/PGM.

3.Press 6.

4.Press 6, then #. At the prompt/tone:

5.Record your name.

6.Press HOLD/SAVE to complete and save the recording.

Recording Your Station Greeting

You can record the greeting that your callers will here if they reach your voice mail because your phone is busy or because you are away.

Note: This feature applies to in-skin voice mail (VMIB) systems only. Contact your System Administrator for more information.

1.Press TRANS/PGM.

2.Enter 61.

3.Enter your station number.

NOTE: If a greeting already exists, it will be played.

4.Press #.

At the prompt:

5.Begin recording your greeting.

6.Press HOLD/SAVE or SPEAKER to end and save the recording. - A confirmation tone sounds.
