When you see the HTP Mode you want to use:

Using Pre-Selected Display Messages

You can set a message on your display that will appear on the display of any other station within your system. These messages will alert the caller as to your status.

Available Pre-selected Messages that are:

•AT HOME

•AT BRANCH OFFICE

•IN A MEETING / RETURN AT TIME XX:XX

•IN OFFICE STASSS

•CALL TO (PHONE NO :)

•OUT OF OFFICE / RETURN UNKNOWN

•OUT OF OFFICE / RETURN AT DATE XX:XX

•OUT OF OFFICE / RETURN AT TIME XX:XX

•ON VACATION / RETURN AT DATE XX:XX

•LUNCH RETURN AT XX:XX

•USER CUSTOM MSG
