Station Speed Dial Numbers
Speed Dials can be programmed to dial directly to another person’s phone number (for external calls) or extension (for internal calls). Your System Administrator may have speed dial numbers programmed for use by anyone in the system (known as System Speed Dial Numbers). However, you may also be able to set up your own list of speed dial numbers for your own use (known as Station Speed Dial Numbers).
Note: Speed Dial Numbers are also known as Speed Bins, and may be designated as 000 to 099
Programming Station Speed Dial Numbers
1.Lift the handset.
2.Dial 555.
3.Enter a speed dial number (000 to 099).
4.Enter the number you want to associate with the speed dial number you set in step 3.
-This is the number that will be dialed when you enter the speed dial number/bin.

When you hear the (confirmation) tone:

Station Speed Dial Numbers - Using
1.Lift handset.
2.Dial 558.
3.Enter the speed dial number
Universal Night Answer
When you hear an incoming call on another phone or night bell:
1.Lift the handset.
2.Enter the UNA Access Code 569 to be connected to the incoming call if it was programmed as an UNA line.
