Chapter 2: Using the 24-Button Digital Phone

6 = NO ANS FORWARD TO OFF-NET - Phone Number

Have your calls to forward to an external phone number (such as your home or cell phone) if there is no answer at your phone.

NO ANS FORWARD TO OFF-_NET

ENTER CO BTN/SPD-BIN

Press 6 for NO ANS FORWARD TO OFF-NET, then press the CO button (line button) or enter the SPD-BIN(Speed Dial Number) that corresponds to the number to which you want your calls forwarded (see.

- A confirmation tone will sound, and the DND LED will begin flashing.

8 =(Unconditional) FORWARD TO OFF-NET - Line Button

Use a Flex/Line button that is programmed to dial a specific outside number to forward calls in any situation.

FORWARD TO OFF- _ NET ENTER CO BTN/SPD-BIN

Press 8, for FORWARD TO OFF-NET, then press the Flex/Line key associated with the number to which you want to forward your calls.

9= NO ANS FORWARD TO OFF-NET - Line Button

Use a Flex/Line button that is programmed to dial a specific outside number to forward calls when there is no answer at your station.

ENTER CO BTN/SPD-BIN

Press 9, NO ANS FORWARD TO OFF-NET,then press the Flex/Line key associated with the number to which you want to forward your calls.

#= FORWARD TO VOICE MAIL

-This setting allows you to have your calls forwarded directly to your own voice mailbox.

NOTE: The other voice mail forward settings allow you to forward calls to OTHER voice mailboxes.

Cancel Forward Setting

Press DND.

-The DND LED will stop flashing and the setting will disappear from the display.
