If You Select a Message that Requires a Phone Number,

Date, or Time Input

8.Use the dialpad to enter phone numbers, dates, and times.

NOTE: For dates, you need to use two digits for the month and day.

-For times, you need to use two digits for the hour, and two digits for the minutes. In addition, you must use the 24-mode system.

OUT OF OFFICE RETURN AT TIME XX:XX

Example: For 8:30am, you enter 0830. For 4:30pm you must enter 1630.

ENTER TIME

16:30 PRESS OK KEY

Once you have completed the setting:

9.Press the OK soft button to save the setting.

RETURN AT TIME		04:30 pm
PICKUP	CONF	REDIAL

-Once the message has

been selected and time/date/phone numbers entered as needed, it will appear on your display. In addition, the DND LED will flash.

To Cancel an Message

Press DND.
