
Chapter 2: Using the 24-Button Digital Phone
Call Log
The Call Log feature allows you to view a log of the last several incoming and outgoing calls, to and from your station. In addition, any "lost calls" will be included in the list. You can scroll through the list of numbers, then select one of those numbers for redial.
In addition to the phone number, the phone also displays the time and date of each call, as well as any station or system speed dial identifier that may be associated with that number.
Note: A Flex button must be programmed for your phone in order for you to use this feature (see “Programming Flex Buttons” on page
The number of calls stored in your call log is defined by your System Administrator. Contact your System Administrator to find out if this feature is available on your phone system for your phone.
Using the Received or Dialed Call List
1.Press the Call Log flex button.
2.Use on the Nav Button to scroll to the call type you want to view.
When you see the list you want to dial:
3.Press the OK soft button to display the first number in the selected list.
4.Use on the Nav Button to scroll through the list of numbers in the list.
Hint: Press the BACK soft button to return to the previous menu.
