Chapter 2: Using the 24-Button Digital Phone

Conference

You can establish a Conference with up to 15 internal and/or external participants.

IMPORTANT: Your System Administrator may adjust or limit. Contact your System Administrator for more information as the number of parties allowed on a single conference call may be limited to less than 15.

1.Use the basic steps for placing a call to make the first call in the conference (see page 2-12).

2.Press the CONF soft button to put the current call on hold while you add another participant.

3.Dial the next participant.

4.Press the CONF soft button twice to connect all of the participants.

Repeat steps 2 and 3 to add more participants (up to the maximum allowed by your system).
