Voice Mail
When you have a new voice mail message, your Message Wait Lamp (see
page “Message Waiting and Call Back Indicator Lights” on page 3-4) will be lit.
Hint: Also see “Customizing Your Phone” on page 3-8 for information about
setting/changing your password, as well as recording a voice title and
voice mail greeting.
Checking Your Voice Mailbox when You Are in the Office
If your CALL BACK button LED is flashing:
1. Press CALL BACK.
At the prompt:
2. Enter your password.
3. Press # to play the first message.
4. Follow the prompts to manage your messages.
Checking Voice Mailbox from Outside the Office
1. Call the main company phone number.
When you hear the Auto Attendant greeting:
2. Press 7.
At the prompt:
3. Enter your station number.
4. Enter your password, then press #.
5. Follow the prompts to listen to (and manage) your messages.
Recording a Message in another User’s Voice Mailbox
1. Dial another station.
While the phone is ringing:
2. Press CALL BACK.
At the tone:
3. Record your message.
