the DVS location. GMT offset (-12.00 to +14.00) represents the time difference in hours and minutes (± hh:mm relative to Greenwich, England). The plus sign and leading zero are optional.

X7# is in the format hh:mm.

Example:

5:30 or 5.30 = +05:30

NOTE: In the command, the divider between hours and minutes can be a colon or a period. In the response, it is a colon.
