Read Operation Status Condition Register

Reads out the contents of the operation status condition register. This register re- flects the state of the measurement process. See figure below. Note that bits 0 to 3, 7, and 9 to 15 are not used.

Returned Format:

<Decimal data> = the sum (between 0 and 368) of all bits that are true. See table below:
