The Questionable Data register group provides information about the quality of the instrument’s measurement results. Any or all of these conditions can be reported to the Questionable Data summary bit through

the zvw ”z . To set the enable register mask, you must write a decimal value to the register using the STATus:QUES:ENABle command.
