		Set
	Used to set or query the fan speed of all the fans in
	the system as a percentage of their full speed. Some
	fan trays may prevent the fan speed from going to
	zero. Querying the fan speed does not show actual		100 (default)
	fanspeed, but reflects what the CMM fan speed output
