10. Pullthe handle away fromthe faceplate of the power supply until it is perpendicular
tothe faceplate.
11. Takingcarenot to touch powersupply components, pins, leads, or solderconnections,
placeone hand under the powersupply to support it. Grasp the power supply handle
withyour other hand and pull the power supply completelyout of the chassis.
12. Ifyou are not replacing the power supply,install the cover panel over the slot, using
thePhillips (+) screwdriver to tighten the screw on the side of the coverpanel.

Removinga Fan Tray from an EX8208 Switch
AnEX8208 switch hasa single, field-replaceablefan tray. Thefan tray is a hot-removable
andhot-insertable field-replaceableunit (FRU); you can remove and replace the fan
traywhile the switch is running without turning off power to the switchor disrupting
switchingfunctions.
CAUTION: Donot removethe fan tray unless you havea replacement fan tray available.
Thefan tray is installed verticallyon the left side on the front of the chassis.
