TheStatus menu has the followingoptions:
•Switchfabric status—Choose one of the following:
•PressEnter to display the statusof the switch fabric in the SRE modules (SRE0 and SRE1) in EX8208
switchesand the SF modules (SF) in EX8216 switches: OK, Fld(failed), ABS (absent)
•PressMenu to go to the next option in the Statusmenu.
•Powersupply status(1)—Choose one of the following:
•PressEnter to display the statusof power supplies 0 and 1: OK, Fld, ABS.
•PressMenu to go to the next option in the Statusmenu.
•Powersupply status(2)—Choose one of the following:
•PressEnter to display the statusof power supplies 2, 3, 4, and 5: OK, Fld, ABS.
•PressMenu to go to the next option in the Statusmenu.
•Environmentstatus—Choose one of the following:
•PressEnter to display the statusof the fan tray(s) and the chassis temperature:
•Fantray(s) status: OK, Fld,ABS
•Chassistemperature status:OK, High, Shutdown
•PressMenu to go to the next option in the Statusmenu.
•Junosversion status—Choose one of the following:
•PressEnter to display the versionof Junos OS for EX Series switches loaded on the switch.
•PressMenu to go to the next option in the Statusmenu.
•EXITSTATMENU?—Choose one of the following:
•PressEnter to exit the Statusmenu.
•PressMenu to return to the Switchfabric status option.
Ifyou do not want users to use Status menu options, disablethe entire menu or individual menu options. See
