Paper jam in the optional trays

1Open the side door of the specified optional tray.

2Grasp the jammed paper on each side, and then gently pull it out.

3Close the side door.

4From the printer control panel, touch Continue, jam cleared.

250 paper jam

1Push the paper pick tab, and then remove all paper from the multipurpose feeder.

Warning—Potential Damage: Pulling the paper out, without pushing the paper pick tab first, may cause the paper pick tab to break.
