Managing Favorites

Favorites are contacts in your Contact Directory that you have marked as a favorite. To make a contact a favorite, you need to assign a contact a favorite index number.

To assign a contact as a favorite:

1From Home view, select Settings > Contact Directory.

2Select a contact and select More > Add.

A screen asking Add to Favorites with an index of [number] displays.

3Select Yes to add the contact with the chosen index number or select Edit Index to choose a favorite index number for your contact, and press Save.

A star displays next to the contact’s name in the Contact Directory.

Contacts that have a favorite index number display , as shown next.

All your Favorites display in your Favorites list. However, only nine favorites display in Lines and Home view for VVX 400 and 410 phones.
