When you shoot a subject with the light source behind the subject or a subject with a light background, use the BACK LIGHT function.
Press BACK LIGHT. The c indicator appears in the viewfinder.
Si filma un objeto con la fuente luminosa situada detrás de él, o bien un objeto con un fondo luminoso, emplee la función BACK LIGHT.
Pulse BACK LIGHT. El indicador c aparece en el visor electrónico.

After shooting
Be sure to release this adjustment condition by pressing BACK LIGHT again. The c indicator disappears. Otherwise, the picture will be too bright under normal lighting conditions.
This function is also effective under following conditions:
•On snow, e.g. at a ski resort
•At the beach under strong sunshine
•A subject with a light source nearby or a mirror reflecting light
•A white subject against a white background. Especially when you shoot a person wearing shiny clothes made of silk or synthetic fiber, his or her face tends to become dark if you do not use this function.
Note on the backlight function
If you press IRIS, SHUTTERSPEED or GAIN, the backlight function is cancelled.
Tras la filmación
Asegúrese de cancelar este ajuste; para ello, vuelva a pulsar BACK LIGHT. El indicador c desaparecerá. En caso contrario, la imagen presentará demasiado brillo en condiciones normales de iluminación.
Esta función resulta también efectiva en las siguientes condiciones:

•En la playa con intensa iluminación solar •Objetos con fuentes de iluminación cercanas o
con espejos que reflejen luz •Objetos blancos con fondo blanco.
Especialmente si filma una persona cuyas prendas de vestir sean brillantes y confeccionadas con seda o fibras sintéticas, su rostro tenderá a oscurecerse si no emplea esta función.
Nota sobre la función de filmación a contraluz Si pulsa IRIS, SHUTTERSPEED o GAIN, esta función se cancelará.
