ERRORS
The topics in this chapter cover those errors or faults that affect
normal digital copier or controller operation. This includes, but is
not limited to, the following conditions:
nFaulty or improperly installed System Board, cables, and
connectors.
nFaulty or malfunctioning copier components, such as
standard or optional finishing units, the Auto-Duplexing Unit
(ADU), or Large Capacity Feeder (LCF).
nCorrupt or outdated controller software or copier firmware.
nInterrupted or terminated communication between the copier
and the controller.
NOTE:
Resolving copier operation
problems falls outside the
scope of this guide, but this
chapter will assist you to
interpret error messages
and then identify the source
of the problem. If you
determine it is related to
copier operation, refer to
your Toshiba Operator’s
Manual for Copying
Functions.
