GL-1010 Administrator’s Guide 243
3In a Peer to Peer environment, the job may be queued on the
Microsoft (Windows NT) print spooler and, consequently,
not available in Current Jobs or the Jobs Log. If you do not
see any error messages and the printer seems to be working
fine, resubmit the job.
4The job may be in the Novell print queue and thus, not visible
for the moment. Use NWAdmin or PCONSOLE to see if
there are any queue errors.
5Look at the copier’s front panel LCD for error messages. For
instance, a prompt to load paper will hold up subsequent jobs
in the queue.
