4.9.2 RTC battery

Removing the RTC battery

The following describes the procedure for removing the RTC battery. (See Figure 4-18)

1.Disconnect the RTC battery cable from PJ8760 on the system board and remove the RTC battery from the RTC battery slot.

Installing the RTC battery

The following describes the procedure for installing the RTC battery (See Figure 4-18).

1.Install the RTC battery passing through the hole of the RTC battery slot. Connect the RTC battery cable PJ8760 on the system board.

2.Apply the glass tape.
