TO THE FULL EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, YOU HEREBY RELEASE WILIFE AND ITS SUPPLIERS FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES, CLAIMS OF COST, OR ANY LOST INCOME OR SAVINGS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SOFTWARE OR ITS USE. THESE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS APPLY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY THE APPLICABLE LAWS. If you do not wish to accept the Software under these terms, do not install the Software.
8.U.S. GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS. The Software, Product, and documentation are Commercial Items and are provided with restricted rights. The Use by the U.S. Government is subject to the terms and conditions stated herein.
9.GOVERNING LAW. This License and your rights regarding any matter it addresses are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without reference to conflict of laws principles. THIS LICENSE SHALL TERMINATE AUTOMATICALLY if you fail to comply with the terms of this License.
