Searching Sequentially through Memory

1Press the Search button, then press the Up or Down buttons to move through the memory until you find the number you want.

Pressing the Down button allows you to search downward through the entire memory in alphabetical order (from A to Z), and pressing the Up button allows you to search upward in reverse alphabetical order (from Z to A).

Each time you press the Down or Up buttons, the display shows the next number stored in memory.

While searching through the machine’s memory, you’ll see that each entry is preceded by one of three letters: ‘T’ for One-Touch dial, ‘S’ for

speed, or ‘G’ for group dial number. These letters tell you how the3 number is stored.

2When the number you want appears in the display, press the Start button to commence dialing.

If a document is loaded, transmission will begin when the remote fax machine answers the phone.
