8Using the Number keypad, enter the time the fax will be sent. Use the Up or Down button to switch between AM and PM. If you set a time earlier than the current time, the document will be sent at that time on the following day.
9After entering the time, press the Enter button.
10The machine scans the document into memory, returns to Standby mode and displays a reminder that a Delayed Transmission is set.

Adding Documents To a Standby Operation
You can add documents to a Delayed Transmission previously entered into memory.
1Place the document face down in the Automatic Document Feeder. If necessary, adjust the resolution and contrast. For details, see Resolution on page
2Press the Menu button.
