Select the Print or Print Setup command from within any Windows application. This method will provide access to the Paper/Output, Image Quality and About tabs only.

In Windows NT 4.0

nYou can access printer settings by using any of these methods:

Select the printer from the Printers folder, and then select the Properties command from the File menu. This method will provide access to the General and Details tabs, as well as the Paper/Output, Image Quality and About tabs.

Select the printer from the Printers folder, click the right mouse button, and then select Properties from the drop-down list. This method will provide access to the General and Details tabs, as well as the Paper/ Output, Image Quality and About tabs.

When you see the Printer Properties displayed, you can then review and change whatever settings are needed for your print job. If accessed through the Printers folder, the Printer Properties consists of four tabs:

Paper/Output Tab - for paper sources and sizes, number of copies, etc.

Image Quality Tab - for image quality

nAdvanced Tab - for advanced printer settings
