The Keep Button
The Keep... button will allow you to keep a copy of the fax on the workstation hard disk.
When the Keep... button is pressed, the following dialog is displayed:
To use the features of this dialog, perform the following steps:
1The name of the file and the application in which it was generated are displayed in the Description: field. Edit the description and enter a filename. The default file type will be .FAX.
2(Optional) Select Delete file after keeping if you want to keep a copy of the transmitted fax.
