Options for Receiving a Fax Using the

WorkCentre 385

Usingn the WorkCentre 385, you can receive a fax in one of two ways: 4

By allowing the WorkCentre 385 to answer, receive, and print all incoming faxes. This process normally involves printing of the incoming fax. When incoming faxes are received in this manner, there is no electronic storage of the fax in memory. When used in this manner, the WorkCentre 385 is receiving faxes as a Stand Alone fax machine. There are four distinct ways to configure the WorkCentre 385 as a Stand Alone fax machine.
