F1/F2 Prompt on | Enables the system to halt on errors during POST, which allows |
Error (Enabled | the user to observe events that may scroll by unnoticed during |
default) | normal POST. You can select F1 to continue or F2 to enter the |

| CAUTION: When setting this option to Disabled, the system |
| does not halt if an error occurs during POST. Any critical |

System Memory Testing | Specifies whether system memory tests are run at system |
(Enabled default) | boot. Options are Enabled and Disabled. |
Memory Operating Mode | This field displays the type of memory operation if a |
| valid memory configuration is installed. When set to |
| Optimizer Mode, the memory controllers run |
| independently of each other for improved memory |
| performance. When set to Mirror Mode, memory |
| mirroring is enabled. When set to Advanced ECC |
| Mode, two controllers are joined in |
| running |
| the memory modes, see "System Memory" on page 114. |
| NOTE: The Spare Mode option may not be present |
| on all systems. |
Node Interleaving | If this field is Enabled, memory interleaving is supported |
(Disabled default) | if a symmetric memory configuration is installed. If |
| Disabled, the system supports |
| architecture (NUMA) (asymmetric) memory |
| configurations. |
| NOTE: The Node Interleaving field must be set to Disabled |
| when using Mirror mode. |
