Move the month back or ahead by clicking on the month and opening a pop up screen here

Click here to apply your notice to the selected group or all groups

7Write your notice in the text box.

The message you write is limited to 256 characters. See Figure 82.

8Click Apply to set the Notice for members of the selected Group or Apply to All to set the Notice for members of all groups.

If you made an error or want to change the selected date or group before applying the notice, edit the text and click Apply. See Figure 84. Clicking Reset retrieves the last screen saved.
